Where is this in Kapoho?
#1
Saw this piece of property for sale. Where in the heck is there a 3 acre warm pond? Not that we can come close to affording this. I am just wondering where it is in relation to the Kapoho ponds.

This could be the one just south of Ahalanui Park.

It is between Ahalanui Park and Isaac Hale Park where Kalapana/Kapoho Rd takes a sharp bend inland, easy to see on google earth, just look makai of the road there. The property has been on the market on and off for a while, I think the pricing is part of the negotiation process with the County over price to add it to public lands.

Awesome, that has to be it. Thanks Punawebbers! Has anyone explored there? Or is it super Kapu?

I just mean some owners are not too upset with folks respectfully visiting their unoccupied land, others not so much. Not judging either; simply making an observation. Wondered if it would be possible to visit.

The owners haven't paid taxes since 2013 and the bill with penalties and interest is about 48,000.00.

The county would be wise to just take it for back taxes.

They will if it isn't paid in a timely manner, but here "timely" Is 4-5 years at least.
