Looking for a local welder in the Pahoa area. I have about eight short welds needed on 12 gage material. Nothing very challenging. I can deliver the pieces to the welder.
Assume the best and ask questions.

What type of sheet stock? What type of bead are you looking for, MIG or TIG quality?
Is the material new or heavily corroded?

New material, 12 gage galv. C channel to galvanized 12 gage tube steel.
Assume the best and ask questions.

Yuk! Poison welding, would go stick on that.
You need to etch the galve surrounding the welds, then cold-galve spray, then seal top coat that, if you want to retain corrosion resistance.
