If the cops have "probable cause" no warrant is necessary. At least they apologized for throwing the 4th amendment under the bus.

They were flying over my pond with me swimming and the turbulence about drowned me . Not even 500' feet high as we can see their Mederias g faces . Naked they thiight so funny until they kill someone . We grow real food in real greenhouse . they csn obviously see . . Tried run My horses through the fence to kill them . Ding politicians" money money " and since no dispensaries on big isle. Richard ha should be fired now .

Ive heard DEA is actually using these medical infractions like an untagged plant as training exercises. I have another friend recently had green harvest stop by. They have 2 medical cards on property but were growing 15 plants. He said, they were very polite and even asked him what plant he would like removed and never cited him but took the one plant and left. I've heard other reports of harvest stopping by and not saying a word but rushing in with weapons drawn and removing any untagged plants and leaving quickly. IDK
