Here's the deal on Kona Costco deliver to Puna.
1) They will deliver on Fridays, but only to a business location, not residential.
2) Minimum order is $1000.
3) Delivery fee is $100 for the first pallet, $25 for second, $25 more for a third

I have phone extension and email.

Very interesting.  Do AG businesses (example Orchidland) qualify as a "business location" ?
