I can't believe our soft-on-crime Hilo judges let all of you off so easily. No wonder this board is going to hell.

This is a good system.  If criminals are locked up, ALL!!! taxpayers have to pay for their incarceration.  When turned loose on the streets no-good-robber-stealers only ripoff one or two taxpayers a day. 

 It’s like the lottery, only in reverse.
