Roads Are Easements Not Planned Communities Or HOAs

Just can't take a shower or run the washer.
Flushing the toilet with water from the hot tub.
Lots of experience living without power.

That's a relief! Speaking of toilets and ease mints (trying to stay on topic here), I highly recommend this product:
I wish you all the best.
What are some of you so afraid of?

If what I am saying is false, then PROVE it. Otherwise, all your ridiculous, off-topic, look-at-me I'm so "clever" and amusing rants, look exactly like what they are, a bunch of bored "clever" people who feel they are better/entitled, because they are "clever," and do not want others to be as "clever" as they.

Controlling and obvious. Do your research.

Maybe HPPOA still has a copy of this. ASK them. There were numerous copies at one time.

Patricia, your thread is dead.
Nothing new to be added.
You are preaching to people who have lived here 25 years or more.

Anybody been down to the cliffs to watch the whales ?
This should be a great afternoon for whale watching.
Be careful driving past Patricia's place, she may come out of her dungeon and try to cast an evil spell on you.
Apologies!  I forgot this thread was about HOAs.  I did some research and found some very interesting information on Hospital Outpatient Administration.  Thoughts?

What a beautiful sunrise.

How did everyone survive the storm ?

I lost 2 trees and still don't have power.

Right on Obie. And, yes, what a lovely morning!

I'm doing the around the island run, folks in Hamakua tell me the storm never even came through, no wind at all, no disruption in power, and just a little drizzle. The presence of the Maunas. They blocked the whole things form that side. Hopefully with the volcano on pause the VOG won't be too bad on the west side..

A Hui Hou!
Obie, you and the others are working very hard to kill this thread. That says a lot about you. What says even more is that in 25 years, you have all accepted (encouraged?) the overreach of substandard subdivision boards, the misuse of road fee funds, and the substandard road service/maintenance.

I know and have spoken to people who have lived in HPP (and other substandard subdivisions) much longer than you. And they are tired of WAITING.

Drive safe!  Going down to Waipio?
I wish you all the best.
"Hailey Bieber has a new peptide lip liner. Got pigs?"

Unless Justin has "refollowed" her on Insta, she can suck a pig!

"...that I have drinking water and water for coffee."

Obie, drinking water and coffee are the most important things in life and I'm happy you got them covered!

"HiloJulie, how do you find the time? More importantly, why?"

I spent my entire life never having the time or I should say, being afforded the time to do what I want. Now that I am retired, I am doing EVERYTHING I want, including this!

"I do not care what your "personal opinions" of me are."

My feelings on that are mutual.

Now, my live in 4-legged free loading bum demands that I take him for a nice long walk! I think I have more than enough time to go do that although I am sure he will demand even more from me, in the form of free food to him, plus 15 minutes of uninterrupted belly rubs upon our return! And then, speaking of drinking water, man he sure can put it away!

Thx, but no, no time for fun. Meetings.. still trying to get stuff done.. though with so many years on this body you'd think I'd give it a break already.. but no..

So, Obie, you got a well? That's cool? How deep? Good clean water? Lucky you!
Eh, snark on. In 3 plus years of HPPOA politics I've seen it all. And in 40 plus years substandard subdivision owners have seen WAY more. They are tired of WAITING.

HPP Owners, you will not incur any late fees if your road fees are paid before 4/1 AND the HPPOA treasurer has to give the monthly treasurer's  report- meaning HPPOA has to disclose how much they are receiving every month in accounts receivable. So...

And to all you other dissatisfied substandard subdivision owners, I encourage you to find out when your road fees are due, and when the absolute LAST DAY to pay them is.
