Hawaii Tourism Cool Down Looms - good or bad?
I'm with you Randomq. My family had a dairy farm for 100 years. They never missed a meal and didn't really see or experience the Great Depression.... cause from the view point of working brutally all the time to get by they were all ready there.

The great thing about a thread about tourism that morphs into a thread about farming is that you can do both!

Tourists come to Hawaii as a part of the growing agritourism movement. Travelers want to learn about local culture, traditions, and sustainable agriculture.

I can't help but think of Todd Rundgren now! :-D

"I don't want to work
I want to bang on the drum all day
I don't want to play
I just wanna bang on the drum all day"

I think the full lyrics cover all the bases of this turn o'thread. Sorrrry...not sorry? ;-)

If you or someone else thinks banging on drums or making a circle of drum bangers will not solve anything, I agree.
