Somehow a call to action, gather in Hilo, becomes a mesh of rightwing leftwing this and that about the virtues, or lack thereof, of killing people.
I suppose it would be too much to ask if it was kept local somehow. Like hey I'm going can I offer someone a ride? Or I ain't going 'cause I got ideas but I'd like to keep them in my hide. Or maybe talk of slogans and the best way to make a sign. Anything other than the same ol' Bomb Bomb Bomb Iran that's just going to encourage the guy in green to strike with a heavy hand.
Hey, being the team player he is, Barney offered to pick up the Tang and drive both myself and Tang to the protest, but Tang declined. Is too busy celebrating with his "friends."

Sorry for the crosstalk, but what word might apply to those celebrating the violating of the US Constitution to illegally kill hundreds of innocent people, included over a hundred school-aged girls? At least the Hawai'i congressional delegation (even Case) is akamai enough to recognize and condemn these actions.

Punatang - "Persian"
You can do better than a "skin-deep" observation right? You know lots of people scared of being attacked by Iran here in Hawai'i? How many kids have to die for you and your supported political project to feel safe at home?

Oh do educate us all Tang on your wokeness (and add something about Hawai'i to your post before it too is deleted - edit: whoops, too late). How many "Persians" are in Hawai'i? What is their main religion? Do all "Persians" in Hawai'i think the same thing or is there a diversity of personal, political, social, and religious beliefs that may lead them to celebrate or not the bombings and the killing of children for political purposes?

Many of us in Puna have qwerty keyboards where we can type "Iranian Celebrations" into our search engines and even the MSM is all over it so dozens of reports from the names you love can be channeled into your Hawaiian living room in Puna. There is a Hawaii Facebook page with 276 Persian members. The ones I know here in Puna are more new age vibes. I don't ask Puna people their religion as a rule. Persian People in Hawaii and all over the world are celebrating and it would be super if some of our Hawaii Persian bretheren come to the event in Hilo to educate Hawaii peeps on the reasons they are celebrating.
If you get invited to the good parties in Puna (gotta live here and have friends), you know some Persian Punatics and you can call them as I have done, to get their opinion. One of them is a professional athlete whose home "field" (word substituted to protect the innocent) is on Big Island.
Probably not your milieu.

"Many of us in Puna have qwerty keyboards where we can type "Iranian Celebrations" into our search engines..."
I did just that, but added "In Hawaii"
Nothing comes up.
"Persian People in Hawaii and all over the world are celebrating"
I still can't find any here in Hawaii, the Big Island, or Puna.
"One of them is a professional athlete whose home "field" (word substituted to protect the innocent) is on Big Island."
Since your claim is this unnamed athlete is professional and on the Big Island. that should also be searchable. Thus, searching for "Persian professional athlete on the Big Island of Hawaii" produces zero results. "Iranian professional athlete on the Big Island of Hawaii" also produces zero results.
Also of note, World Population Review indicates that there are 1,105, or 0.08% of the States population of people with Persian (Iranian) descent here in Hawaii.
I have a feeling there will be around the same amount of protesters at the Hilo protest today at 5PM.

LOL. Julie are you un-aliving my Persain Puna friend because they do not come up on your search? I can't find them so it must be true! They are celebrating in Hawaii. You're just not invited to the party - again.
ETA - Just checked in with another Hawaii Persian (on Oahu) who shared this message: "Imagine living in a world where it is immoral for a woman not to cover her hair but it is not immoral to kill a woman for not covering her hair."
But yea, the dude on the video seems upset...
Persians in Hawaii do gather to make their voices heard...
