I won a bet I made with my "friend" that once you said I ain't worth the time you still can't keep yourself from wasting your time because that's all you have. PW for you is everything. It's not like you have anything else to do.. no job, no hobbies, nothing you get up and go do and then do PW in between this and that. PW is your very own soap opera, staring yourself in the leading role. And all anyone has to do to keep you going is post something. You'll reply to anything.. to everything. It's all mindless gibberish.. but the need to, as you yourself say, be the last poster is strong. Sheesh, I'll bet you can't keep yourself from responding to this post. Come on Jules, can you prove me wrong?

And yeah, there' a lot of descriptive terms for that kine thing.. but deferring to Dude's works for me.

Well, no, not quite, but I'll be 70 next year. 

However, to your point, at what point has one's generation paid its dues? Their death? 

I guess, one could say that if I wait another 10 more years, I'd be qualified to be POTUS. Should I replace Ed Case? I'd be 3 to 4 years younger. Run for Congress? Heck at 70, I'd be a "spring chicken."

Call me whatever you please, but I'd love to see the torch being passed on here. I'd rather see the halls of the State and Federal Governments filled the Gen X'ers and Millennials than the majority of borderline senile, diaper wearing, swollen ankles old as we have today. 

So yeah, I paid my dues. And in a lot of cases, I even overpaid. 

But, if you're my age or older, and you are still paying, you might want to consider why. As for the younger generations, yeah, or get off the pot. Time to step up. Or, in other words, be an "adult." 

All this old lady wants to do now is play in her yard, with her dog, her husband, her grown adult kids and grandkids, help her POTUS aged neighbors and post endlessly on PunaWeb.

I don't know how much of a cue it really is, as it has sure been hard to keep up with the ream after ream the Yak is posting, but I am happy to see that ONLY my use of "naughty words" has been edited to emojis, while your use of even worse words are there for all to see! And not only just here on the good ole BB! But then you did try pushing off that swearing is a sign of high intellect.

I was referencing the fact that as soon as anyone replies to her post our in house counselor's mind can't help but jump.. and make up reams of gibberish she knows nothing about so as to overwhelm.. to as she says always post more than anyone else and be the last and final word..

Where else would PunaWeb be if we did not have the Yak correcting everybody's wrong outlooks and doings, and of course, with you never contributing to anything of any subject matter, excepting of course, filling Moderator 2's inbox with complaint after complaint that I made a post!
