Glad you dodged that bullet and weren't the "sucker born every minute". Sad, sick, and wrong that it could be so easy to list and sell as a liveable property aand yet saddle someone else with your attempt at making a place look conventionally "acceptable" and they're left literally "holding the bag" (of shit).

I'm all for alternative waste systems; dry toilets, composting, incinerating, macerating, you-name-it. Done right, it is the best thing for the future on lava (and elsewhere). But don't try and present what you got as something you ain't got. That ain't pono. That's a dick move.
