You can't make this stuff up.

And your point Tangy??

All Nago did is what is legally called for in Hawaii as well as 27 other states. Nothing made up, just following the law.

Unless, of course, you're suggesting the Chief Elections Officer break the laws and do something illegal?

I'm sorry.  I've been trying to use normal fonts so that MyMan! does not call for a manager. My point is:

You can't make this stuff up.

I appreciate when our Hawai’i officials follow the law.  It saves the courts from wasting time unspooling illegal actions.

Yes, Tangy, the large point font worked perfectly! Judging on your past postings and beliefs, I can imagine when the cogs of government along with the duly elected/appointed officers of government actually follow the law, you no doubt immediately think things are just being made up and something nefarious is afoot.

Ironically, you CAN make up the law. By having the State House/Senate write a bill, vote on it and if it passes, the Governor signs it into law.

I'd love an example of a you, an individual, making a law. 'Tang has no say, and couldn't dream of having any say, at all, in making law.

All you, me, any of us can do is vote, and if you got the wherewithal, da kala and lots of it, lobby for. But, individually, we have no say in our laws. None. In fact we're so far removed we essentially have no say at all.

But hey, I love the naivety. So cute.. and with those ruffles.. and that little fringe.. you be stylin'.

Methinks if 'Tang had watched.. and comprehended.. the video he posted he wouldn't have started the thread. We're talking nothing burger.. I mean calorieless.. and yet bring on the fonts! Can you make them dance? Blink?

Like most low comprehension individuals, you read the first sentence of what I said and ran with it. Where did I say "individual?"

Your ignorance of the law (and civics) is astonishing, yet not surprising, but, nonetheless, is NO excuse!

ETA: Do you think it might be possible that an individual, or group of individuals, who might feel that the LEGAL way to break a tie in an election like this as it is today being unfair or wrong might look to possibly lobby the legislature to change that law?

You're, as I said, failing. I know you try.. but give it up already.. you're just not cut out for comedy.

And, btw, I quoted the last sentence you wrote.. not the first.. but hey, besides you, who's counting?

I could go on.. and you do give good fodder, but really it's all just more of the same nonsense. You're the same person.. you live up to the same things that's been said about you from the get go.. over and over again. So why bother?

Pau.

The only thing you ever said on PunaWeb that you know what you're actually talking about. Now, if you only took your own advice and just shut the eff up.

Are you looking for some vacation time? You appear to be increasingly stressed about something.
Assume the best and ask questions.
