As we all have been told, repeatedly and should all know by now, Puna, HPP, the Acres, Ainaloa and more or less all of Pahoa is nothing more than the "Hawaiian ghetto" and its residents are all "trailer trash," so wear whatever makes you comfy. However, those "highfalutin" Waikoloa residents with their fancy underground electrical wires may take issue with you wearing white after Labor Day.

Jules, you are the only Punawebber I've seen repeating this thinking over and over, and over, post after post.  I've never uttered anything of the sort, ever.  Is there some reason you keep coming back to this idea?  Puna has a very egalitarian mindset IMHO.  We also generally aren't the type to obsess on what outsiders (even those that lurk here) think.  Nothing good comes from continuously sewing this type of discord when it only seems to exist in your mind and the minds of folks who don't matter.  Mind over matter.  Exhale and let it goooooo.  You will feel better.

No worries about your auto-correct/admiral failure. They say AI is dumbing us down and I guess it's true.  I'm sure it is difficult at times to keep a tight rope on all of your sails (sticking with the admiral theme).

I can't believe that anyone would make such an insensitive comment that more or less equates the recent Kilauea volcanic activity and by extension, insults the Hawaiian Culture's embrace of the revered Hawaiian goddess of fire, lightning, wind, and volcanoes and of all sacredness of Madame Pele with a ditty about flatulence and bowel movements.

I am fine with any deletions you see fit, but respectfully, ANY deletion MUST include the disgusting comment made by Kalianna. Allowing that to stand, smacks Hawaiian culture right on the head. Any perceived hate is in that original comment. PERIOD. It is flat out disgusting and anyone who thinks it's fine, or defends it is even a bigger problem.
