iʻm reposting this here because I have no idea

First, what does this "ditty" have to do with Puna, Hilo or Hawaii?
Secondly, its abundantly clear you have no idea what an absolute offensive statement you made is.
That's the even sadder part.
ETA: The ignore/unignore schtick, is really getting old.

OMG, GROW UP ALREADY!

You really have no idea how ridiculous you are?

1. You are posting on a thread about a volcanic eruption. How does what you post have ANYTHING to do with a volcanic eruption?

2. Kalianna has a right to her opinion. She certainly can say.. the eruption causes me to feel this or that.. to remember a time when.. to stay up all night blah blah blah.

3. You have every right to not like kalianna's opinions.

4. By the standards practiced here (on PW) you do not have the right to hijack a thread to dominate it with your personal, childish, bickering. If you want to bitch about kalianna at least show us you're mature enough to do it in the space provided. Here on the Bicker Board.

5. If you are a decent human being you will apologize and delete your post from the Kilauea Eruption thread.

You clearly do not pay attention.

I've never uttered anything of the sort, ever.  Is there some reason you keep coming back to this idea?

Not everything is about you, but you do manage to always try to be E like me ka mea maʻamau, ʻo ʻoe ka mea nui loa i loko o ka lua.

Now, still waiting on you to specifically detail what you meant about PWI. And maybe also explain what you mean by "...and the minds of folks who don't matter" while telling me about NOT sewing discord.

I believe he meant that people NOT living in Puna are the ones who don't matter, regarding their negative attitude toward Puna residential areas.  Who has described your subdivision as a ghetto?  I can only recall yourself identifying in this manner on several occasions.

PWI- Must be Puna Web something.  Intel?

Responses as follows by point number:

1. My post was in reply to Kalianna's acidic post about a "ditty" that more or less is something one reads on a construction jobsite's Porta Potty. It is offensive to the PunaWeb reader, as well as the Hawaiian culture.

2. Kalianna's original post contained ONLY her remembrance of a "ditty" about flatulence and bowel movements. It contained no other information. After her disgusting post was moved to the Bicker Board, she, ignoring the Moderators decision, reposted the same offensive comment and then went on the normal Kalianna posting nonsense babble about "unignoring" and then "ignoring" myself and referring to me as "Karen." Who is the bickering one here?

3. As does she.

4. I never hijacked a thread. I posted what my opinion was about Kalianna's rabid, mean and disgusting post. You then, made several posts, to which I replied to you. Those posts were moved to the Bicker Board. But you felt it necessary to delete the posts you originally made.

5. I guess, by your definition, I am not, nor will not ever be a decent human being since I have nothing to apologize for. Kalianna is the one who needs to apologize for posting such a disgusting comment. Further, if you want to discuss being a decent human being, I would think that if you were a decent human being, you would stop using the slang descriptive word for sexual intercourse in virtually every post you make, including using it in embedded links, requiring significant time spent by Moderator 2 to remove, but, hey, that's just me.

Yeah, grow up.

I have a friend named Ditty. I am sure her father, who fondly named her as such, would find your filtly interpretation of her name to be more an insight into the inner workings of your mind than otherwise. You need help Jules.. a lot of it.

Mod2.. please remove HiloJulies offensive posts from the Kilauea Eruption thread. Thx.

Not offensive to me. Not a ditty or acidic in any case, IMO.

I guess you too don't read every post?

Like this one (Not where I live, but HPP and "Hawaiian Style" to boot)

Or this one (Where Tam comes from)

And this one (Asking how I ended up in the ghettos - aka The Acres)

Or maybe here (where I am one step away from a trailer park)

In retrospect, I probably should be proud that it seems from Moderators to the general PunaWeb posters, my posts seem to always be read, whereas one posters posts are seemingly never read.

The "ditty" in question:

Here I sit, broken-hearted, tried to shit and only farted.
Then one day I took a chance, tried to fart and shit my pants.

In further retrospect, I guess you might be well versed in that "ditty" too.

If you find something offensive, don’t repeat it word for word.
If it’s repulsive walk away.
Wallowing in it is disingenuous.

Stop arguing, I’m sure you can find something better to do.

I definitely don't see all the posts or remember all details of the ones I've read.

.  "...one has to wonder, how did you end up in the ghetto? Why ain't you sportin’ some kine high priced lawyer’s South Kohala estate?"

This comment, and all of the other links mentioning "substandard subdivisions" are applicable to just about everyone in this forum.  Do you know where MyManao lives? There are not many places with underground water in Puna and none with sewer so I suppose he also lives in a "ghetto".

The comment you pointed out nor the links I provided say nothing about "substandard subdivisions" but say that HPP, the Acres and more or less all of Puna is "the ghetto." These posts, as well as several others, also use the term "trailer trash."

Substandard subdivisions is a descriptive term for the lack of infrastructure, while the term "ghetto" as well as "trailer trash" are historically loaded terms that, in general, reflects and reinforces as well as describes what is nothing more than the results of systemic racism. My use of the term is nothing more than showing the complete and utter ridiculous use of the term, but, nonetheless, I am still proud that of the posts you apparently do read and remember, are mine!

First one:    "Ah, there's that whole substandard part of life in Puna rearing its ugly little head, again... The Watumuls call HPP a success, when in fact it's a Hawaiian style ghetto.."

Second one:   "...They call them substandard subdivisions for a reason. How much would it cost to 'standardize' HPP? "

The term ghetto can be used to simply describe a low income area and not necessarily related to any particular ethnicity.
Trailer trash apparently only applies to whites, so no systemic racism there!  I believe this would make it an inaccurate term for applying to residential areas of Puna.

IMO in all instances he's simply using different terms to identify Puna en masse as a relatively low income area.  Perhaps the intention was to stir up emotions with inflammatory language?  Fails to do so for me.
