I've visited their model and talked with the owner. Nice guy. Their style resonates with me. I believe real estate agents on the site report that the homes are hard to resell. They are beautiful and easily expanded.

Make sure you put lots of Termidor under the home. Even cedar can get termites.

If you check the MLS there are several that have been on the market for a long time, but those had features like lanai bathrooms or no separate bedroom, which may have scared away more mainstream buyers. I've seen several that were more conventional in the detailing that moved fairly quickly. I would not build one as a spec home, that's for sure.
