truck on the side of 130 selling costco stuff

Looks like the Puna milkman has arrived. I just drove by a box truck at the pickled mango / used car lot section of 130 selling stuff from Costco. I tried to get a closer look at the operation but couldn't really gleam any details from my brief passing by. Anybody else?

It is a good idea but with Malama about to re-open again his business idea will be short lived.
