How is Wa'a Wa'a doing?

Haven't been to my old favorite Wa'a Wa'a spots in a while, how are the roads doing, the Mermaid Ponds? Anyone been down there lately?

Just came thru there an hour ago, they regraveled the whole road. No potholes for a few days!

How are the Mermaid Ponds doing? I know that the big tall 3 story multifaceted house (We called it the "light house") sold last year. Any restrictions to the Mermaid Ponds?
