I need to have cesspool and catchment water testing for a VA loan on a house I am buying in Orchidlands. Does anyoner have any suggestions?

In the past you could have a licensed plumber inspect and certify the cesspool. State dept of health has a form for that.

Water testing? Talk to any of the catchment tank providers.
Assume the best and ask questions.
