We're looking for two new Guardians to join our crew. If you're 18-30 (or a veteran up to 35) and looking for hands-on experience that could turn into a real career in conservation, this is your shot. Our crews work directly in Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park doing the kind of work that actually matters — native forest restoration, removing invasive species, collecting seeds from rare plants, trail brushing and maintenance, and supporting visitor services.
$17.00 per hour plus benefits. Both full-time and part-time positions available.
This isn't just a job. It's mentorship, career pathways into conservation work, and a crew that becomes like family — out in the field, in the rain, in the lava rock, doing work that protects this park for everyone who comes after us.
