I couldn’t find out if comrade made bail, but found this interesting article from last week that says the shooting was recorded from home surveillance cameras “from a house across the street” but don’t know if that was the house for sale or some other home in the area. 

Also, it appears that one of his fellow comrade’s (his brother!) recorded the shooting as well!

Was the "dark colored handgun" Vasiliy used to shoot Zubkov the registered 9mm his brother owns?   

I suppose it doesn't matter much.   That Russki is in big trouble.
