Aloha, Just to update you folks, I did just buy a house in HILo! Yep, wanted the conveniences. Anyhow, I still own the lot in ORchidland and it'd be nice for folks to be able to walk or bike to get groceries. That was my main thought. Walkable, bikable areas are nice to have. IMO.
