I don't live there, don't have a dog in this fight, but why is this here? Orchidland has an association, right? They have lot on the corner of 36th and Orchidland that has nothing on it. This seems like somebody that is very disgruntled with the status quo, and has a genius moment. Go Fund Me has $0 in four days, that speaks volumes.

Probably because I don't live in Orchidland, own property there, or belong to OLCA.

YES the grant is for all of district 5

Perhaps the community center should not be located in a subdivision.

Orchidland has an association, right? They have lot on the corner of 36th and Orchidland that has nothing on it.

Per the above, some association members prefer that the lot remain vacant.
