Good question. The old owner of Sears (Sears Holdings Corporation) is suing the new owner (Transform Holdco LLC). Holdco bought most of the Sears assets in bankruptcy auction but I don't know if the appliance repair subsidiary was part of that deal. If it was, then it might get robbed by the hedge fund who bought it. If its still owned by Sears Holdings then who knows.
