Not all the Insurance Agencies in Hilo starting with A located on Kilauea are Allstate.
There is another one - and their service is minimal but they are very happy to take your check!

Tracy Kim of Pyramid Insurance was recommended in a previous thread, we called her and found her very helpful. Pyramid also carries Dongbu Insurance which is much cheaper if you need Hurricane Insurance.

I love our State Farm agent, Cary Ichinose. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Also on Kilauea.

We did not find him helpful, when a family member (deceased) who had had, all of his insurance with him for over 20+years was having problems!
We still have our car insurance with State Farm but a different agent.
