RE: HPP BIZ: Part the second - TomK - 07-02-2019 Sorry, joined in late. Are we having the latest HPP meeting right now in Punaweb? RE: HPP BIZ: Part the second - Stillwater - 07-02-2019 Leo ,close but no cigar! Almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades! You don’t have the particulars either obviously. I am honored though as I did acquire a fair amount of documentation from that treasurer’s /directors term that can validate the corruption with the director’s you too seem to be protecting. I will keep my anger as you perceive not someone else’s right here along with yours . I give you a clue I’ve been in Hpp 5+years longer than that person been alive. RE: HPP BIZ: Part the second - leo - 07-02-2019 Like roaches scatter when the light comes on. Your acting too desperate creating hype when you got nothing. I was at the meeting. Your info was all screwed up so you lost your credibility. All the resigned directors hanging out on the back wall yelling acting desperate. Only thing makes sense is you're running from something. The two seated directors have more integrity and back bone than you have in your little finger. RE: HPP BIZ: Part the second - TomK - 07-02-2019 When does the meeting end? RE: HPP BIZ: Part the second - Katarina - 07-03-2019 Stillwater... for a supposed newbie you seem to have a lot of history. I have been accused of being someone else before so no biggie. Lived here for decades with lots of family/relatives etc. though most have left. If a committee or members can not use arbitration , as our bylaws command, then what do you propose anyone with a grievance does? Nothing? Let the GM have 100% control? Well that's ok because he does anyway and we have ZERO clue what is really going on. So angry and hostile you are. Quit throwing a temper tantrum and get the real facts. We all use pseudonyms here and for a good reason which you would be one of them. Maybe I'm the man in the moon. Get real. I use this site because I only live in HPP part time and need a link. I just gotta feel sorry for you with all that bitterness and no understanding of our bylaws. RE: HPP BIZ: Part the second - reni - 07-03-2019 Have been checking the HPPOA WEBSITE in hopes of seeing a Board Meeting Announcement . If the agenda for the meeting on Sunday was ever posted, I did not see it. I did see the vacancies posted tho......and then SURPRISE! Craig C. was back on the Board and his district was not showing a vacancy.........this morning........I got this message when I checked the site. "Your connection is not secure The owner of www.hppoa.net has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website." Now that's a way to keep from posting a meeting isn't it!!! So, we now have a Board of 3 ...of 4? No installed officers? No Executive committee overseeing the General manager.......who's on our signature cards at the bank? Allison Lee Wong? RE: HPP BIZ: Part the second - kalakoa - 07-03-2019 Are we having the latest HPP meeting right now in Punaweb? It should be equally effective, though perhaps more entertaining. This is where I ask, or suggest, or ponder, for the umpteenth time: the problems caused by "privately owned roads (open to the public)" were created by County, yet all the various associations are focused on internal struggle, strife, lawsuits. It's almost as if nobody is interested in really solving the problem once and for all. 1. Association rules are pretty clear that "dues are collected for road maintenance". No lawsuits should be necessary to interpret this requirement. Just spend the dues collected on maintenance, and keep the receipts to prove the money was spent appropriately. 2. The roads don't need to be made public; an LID would suffice to remove roadwork administrative issues from the Association. Would the County do a better job? Maybe, maybe not, but I'm betting that County's overhead is less than the overhead of Association infighting. Le'ts not lose sight of the big picture: our economy is based on tourism, retirees, and government employment. County is busy killing tourism with burdensome vacation rental regulations. Unmaintained roads and Association infighting will not attract retirees. A road maintenance LID would create government jobs and make the subdivision more pleasant for all residents. RE: HPP BIZ: Part the second - dan d - 07-03-2019 Seems like a good time to lockem up tom. Can always start a new one eh? Maybe thats why i didnt mess up my afternoon by goin to the open meetimg. So which 2 board members are left? Mermaids one? HPP RE: HPP BIZ: Part the second - mermaid53 - 07-03-2019 Craig C. was back on the Board and his district was not showing a vacancy.. Crelly is not a board member. The website change of 6 vacancies to 5 vacancies was NOT APPROVED BY THE BOARD. So this change was unauthorized. The president was asked to put the initial vacancy back up to 6 vacancies. As for what's going on with the website...have no idea and I'm a director. dand, I see nothing wrong with using social media when there is nowhere else to go to get info during these troubled times. Roads are most important but the board of 3 are in lock down mode right now because the 2 of 3 directors have had no communication w/the third director, the president, since 19 Jun. Yet HPP is up and running and things are going on w/out board approval. Two directors have called for a special exec session mtg w/a 7 day notice and it's not been posted yet. The president said he's checking on the availability of the recording secretary. We called the meeting for 9 Jul at 6 PM. RE: HPP BIZ: Part the second - Chunkster - 07-03-2019 Aren't there newly elected board members in addition to the highly questionable Crelly? What about them? |
