he has had court calls , when he is kicking people out of his property. i have never heard any good stories with his business transactions .
i would say buyer seriously beware.

I have heard really crazy stuff about him. And I think I read that blog from the woofer too. Wasn't it discussed on here at some point? Didn't seem like a fun situation.
