RE: HOA Fees - beejee - 01-09-2016 DTisme, the only link I could find was the fee schedule posted on the HPPOA site: http://www.hppoa.net/roads-information/annual-road-fees/ I think Obie is correct, there is no cap. Regarding the 10% growth rate, I think that is the maximum allowed by State law. There are quite a few threads here on PunaWeb that go into a lot of detail about the roads in HPP. No need to rehash it again. My fault for bringing it up. RE: HOA Fees - kalakoa - 01-10-2016 Hawaiian Acres: Assocation $30/year, Roads $60/year, however all fees are "voluntary" due to a lack of CC&Rs requiring payment. RE: HOA Fees - Jay Bondesen - 01-10-2016 The Leilani Community Association annual assessment is $100. We have CC&Rs and all paved roads, driveway delivery of mail, one acre lots, and a nice park. We also have an active Homeowners Association and Neighborhood Watch. It may not be for everyone, having rules and all, but most here appreciate the benefits they bring. By rule I think any Association assessments can be raised 10% by the directors but anything more would be a special assessment needing a vote by members. Jay |
