Just curious as to what are each of the subdivisions HOA fee's for 2016. Thought it may be informational for those looking for places to purchase in different subs that have HOA fee's with active CCR's.
Hawaiian Shores Rec. $350 (annually)active CCR's - Division did NOT receive a price hike this year.. Thank goodness! [8D]

Fern Acres:
- "Mandatory" Road Fees are $155/year (were $140 last year)
- Fern Acres Community Association (F.A.C.A.) Membership is optional and $35/year.
Edited to add that Fern Acres does NOT have CC&Rs.

Ferns acres must have old data on their site still.. as it shows $130 for road fee's on their community page.

Wow either price is high for it being mandatory... Do they keep the roads up nice?

Orchidland is $100. There was an additional $100 "paving fee" which was unclear whether it was mandatory or not, and seems to have now been revoked and refunded (though I haven't gotten any official word; I didn't pay it in the first place). The whole OLCA board is a ****show right now.

Actually there is no consensus on Orchidland road fees because two separate groups are claiming control of various aspects of the operation. At first I didn't send in my road fees on my two lots because nobody would tell me what the actual amount due was, and now I don't send them in because I'm afraid it will just get embezzled by whoever is controlling the mailbox that day.
I will pay my road fees eventually, but so long as there is no accountability for the finances, no way.

Vacationland is $221.45 for residential and $292.31 for commercial properties.

I think Eden Roc is $65.00, I'd have to check. I can't seem to get them to set up a paypal account to send the money to though.

Found out Nanawale is $94 this year up from $89 from last year. There lots are so SMALL and most roads are not asphalt or anything. I'm surprised it's that high.
