as a surfer for over 44 yrs and a veteran of several bouts of Staph over those years. I can tell you this, antibiotics is without the quickest way to recovery. But your son must also watch his diet too. It is very important that he stays away from sugar & starch though. Those two are will make a staph infection take off like a wild fire! If he truly wants to go the natural way he must 'fast', and find his way to the higgest elevation possible. In a cold summit enviornment, the staph infect dies off rather quickly. But again, you must check your diet during infection recovery period.
