Hanabusa takes wobbly shots at Schatz

Just ran across these DailyKos articles from the last month or so on Colleen Hanabusa's attacks on Brian Schatz in the runup to their Senate race. Even being a Schatz supporter I'm still a bit surprised, but pleased, she is so clumsy in her campaigning. Also nice to see Hawai'i politics getting a little national attention.

Talk about wobbly...Colleen Hanabusa sided with Republicans in what is called a Republican "messaging" bill, ginned up by Eric Cantor to do nothing more than create uncertainty and undermine Obamacare. She is confirming my initial impression of her political leanings as closer to the "blue dog" Democrat, a pseudo-centrist position that inevitably caves to right wing positions. A big contrast to the solidly progressive agenda of Brian Schatz. And being from Hawai'i she didn't have to do this at all.
