HELP!!! NEED INFO ABOUT NANAWALE ESTATES
#1
Hi, I was wondering if anyone lived in this subdivision/area? There is a lot I am considering buying. It is on the corner of Kahoolawe Rd and Flower. It is a corner lot on the end, so it faces Flower. One side has no neighbor on Kahoolawe.
Questions:
1. what is the advantage/disadvantage to having a corner lot vs. one in the middle of a regular street?
2. Can anyone answer very specific info about the parcel such as what is on it? Albezia? Ohia? Ferns? Is it level? Etc.
3. If you had the choice to buy this lot or one on Lehua (the normal 8040 sized in the middle of the street with neighbors on both sides) which would you prefer and why?
4. Could anyone drive by and take pictures of the area and send them digitally via email?
5. Is there development/homes near either of these parcels?
6. Can you walk the lot if I give you directions? Tell me your thoughts?

I know I have asked more than one should be allowed.
I know most of you can't do all of this.
I also know some of you may think I am asking a lot.

I am begging anyone who is interested in helping someone-if you can do any of the above-or give any info-that would be great.

Oh, and how far away are these to the pool?
Any other info-I would greatly appreciate.
Julie

Have you visited the area? Only you can really know if it would work for you especially if you are planning on making it home. And then you really should rent for at least 6 months in the area to see if you really want to do all it takes to move. Just trying to be honest and helpful. Now if you are just wanting to buy a lot for investment or future use, say a number of years down the road, then maybe all of that isn't necessary.

These are questions I need answered due to the fact that I already own a lot there and am contemplating trading my lot for this one. I want to make sure I pick the best one. I cannot come out there anytime soon. I am hoping to get as many of these questions answered by those who live there.

I do know that one should look for yourself prior to buying, but this is a different situation, and I just really need the info posted above.
Thanks for all help.

Hi Julie...

I'm willing to follow up on your inquiries but I'm on my way out of town for 3 days. I'll be back Sunday and can research them then, including digital pix. But if anyone wants to accommodate you sooner, go for it. Aloha, Frankie

Thanks Frankie but a wonderful person-
Jody Kenny, R(S)from RE/MAX Island Surf Realty went above and beyond. If anyone needs a realtor-this is your gal. She went there within 24 hours, took several digital pictures-from all angles and looked into the tax id info for me as well. She let me know the situation-and thank goodness as that lot was a mess.
Thanks to all who cared. Mahalo and aloha.
