If the TMT is built atop Maunakea would it have the capabilities to track space junk or debris like these other telescopes on Maui, that are being hired out by private firms?.

Could the future of spotting space junk from Maunakea be beneficial for some Hawaiian private organizations too?
Space junk seems to be a growing concern, how could Hawaiians benefit from this possible growing need?.
Our military, or other countries militaries wouldn't be interested in accurate space junk locations at times?.
