No Mozzies At All down @ Richardsons. Thinking of moving out and setting up a tent there myself.

This is why I only donate to food banks and other charities. I'm pretty sure if I told the guy at the Puainako intersection holding the "hungry" sign who to call to get the free food (they will even deliver it to him) I'd get an "eff you". He's out there because people give him cash.

It's easy to donate real help. I like the Lyons booth they have at Longs in Pahoa once a month. You can find the date in the Puna Events sub-forum.

I'm about $50 in the hole with a neighbor who 'borrows' money for cigarettes and beer. At least he is honest about what it is for. Strange, he has never asked to 'borrow' money for food.
