I have a nice Price Pfister kitchen faucet that my customer broke and didn't want to wait for it to be fixed. I've repaired it, cleaned it up, and is looking very nice. It was the pullout head that got broken off when he was trying to tighten so I feel the cartridge is not leaking and the handle moves up, down, and back and forth very smoothly. Click on the link to see what it looks like.

Like I said, I fixed a broken part an for all intent and purpose, it should work great. Rub is, I can't test it. If you want it you can have it for free. If you put is in and there is an issue, then your only out a little time. If it works and you are happy with it, then maybe a small donation to my "poor fund"??!! LOL I can install it if you want for the cost of a service call.
