Interesting article because it has some details about county planning and how enforcement works (and can be drug out for a very long time before fines apply).
Also interesting because this dude in Fern Forest is allegedly doing (or dreaming of doing) automated vertical farming in Ag buildings he created on his lot, and of course the neighbors are complaining about it!
IMHO: The county should only act in an advisory capacity on Ag > 1 acre, and let these crazy creative people give it a shot!
