If you have already converted to a Septic Tank system, where is this proof being documented?
State permit for the tank, County permit to connect the plumbing. In theory these become part of the permit history stored by County in their multi-million-dollar EPIC system. (My unpermitted septic will have to be inspected "as-built", assuming I live that long.)
That said, look no further than Roth's budget: the first tranche of cesspool conversion funding will be given to the poor folks in Kona.
