The Governor's mandate says no more than 25 and HPPOA calls for 30 minimum for a quorum.

This group is for law and order. Follow the bylaws. Dot all the I's cross the T's.
Breaking a mandate that calls for a $5000.00 fine and up to a year in prison doesn't sound like a wise idea.
