Thanks, everyone! It sounds like if we can't get the stucco paint which acts as its own sealer, we're stuck with a sealer coat and top coat. Price is an issue, though not as much as not having to do this onerous task again too soon. We'd much rather spend our time in the nursery! We'll stop by ICI on Monday when we're in town, and see what's up.

BTW, very helpful suggestions about the deck paint and adding the mildew-cide stuff.
