Interesting lawsuit filed against HECO senior officers and directors possibly making them personally financially liable for the Maui fire damages.
While it will be a decade plus before this is all settled, I wonder how much longer before, if not already in the works, these types of lawsuits hit Boeing as well as certain major airlines.
