Aloha Hulagirl...We are waiting for some forms to come in from Allstate...should be here in next day or so - I thought today they would arrive.

Our Mortgage Banker at Wells Fargo - Greg Molfino had a lady name "Lynn" from Allstate call us. I don't have any other info just yet but will definitely post it as soon as we get it.

Les - that sounds about right, since we are in Lava 2 I think it may be slightly higher as we will be paying just under 1,000 per year. That sure beats 1,600-1,700!
