New Internet Tool For the Elections
#1

I just noticed that Doug over at Poinography has found a great tool for finding your candidates website.

It's based on the office of elections website.

You simply type in your name and date of birth, it queries it's database and then spits out the candidates websites and a map to your polling site.

Pretty dang cool if you ask me.

Check it out here.

It say's that it only finds the polling sites... however, it actually tells you more.... Check it out.

I just checked it again.

I know that the server must be getting hit a lot right now.

As the upload does seem a bit longer then normal... but I just checked.

I use firefox.... Can someone else possibly check?

This may sound kind of weird...

But I would ask all of us puna residents to actually use this system.

It would send a message to the STATE.... That we are watching them.

They will get read outs of how many people are using this system.

It's time for the State to wake up and realize that us people in Puna count!

Please, if you get the 15 seconds to spare... check it out...

The state will get data by communities that use this service....

PUNA NEEDS TO START GETTING HEARD....

Don't be afraid...it's not gonna bite you or anything and I'm no how affiliated with the site... but I do understand data collection.

The State needs to know that we are watching!
