I was just on the LL web site and not mention was made of this. In the Western Division it showed Huntington Beach, CA in rank.

Water cannons. Be there! And I will be close behind you in Mochi season......
Two obscure divisions of the Little League system are the seniors and juniors which get very little media attention. Hilo finished World Series runner up in the juniors (played in Taylor, MI) in 1988 and 2008.
Most of the media attention is on the "littlest" World Series Little League division which plays in Williamsport, PA. One little known fact is that Hilo made it to the 1961 semifinals but lost.
A Hawaii team has played in the LLWS championship title game in three of the last 6 years and won it all twice. A lot of world-class ballers in these islands and they start 'em out young.
