Convenience store for Orchidland?

Planning Commission at the Aupuni Conference Room, 101 Pauahi Street, Hilo:

9 am, Thursday, May 3th

Application for a Special Permit to allow the establishment of a convenience store with a certified kitchen on two properties covering a total of 4.64 acres of land.

The properties are located at the southwestern corner of the Ainaloa Blvd.-37th Ave. intersection in Orchidland Estates directly across fromo the Ainaloa Longhouse.

I think that people who favor new business and jobs in Puna should take the time to testify in support of such applications just as those opposed should testify in opposition.
