Looking for Rock Wall Builder

I am looking for a company that can build a rock wall. They need to be able to do a wall where each stone is individually fitted and shaped so the gaps are tight and the face is pretty smooth. My customer wants this specific type of rock wall.

Does anyone know who did the very black wall on Mauka side of Hwy. 19 in HPP with the large slabs and the gate in the middle? I'll bet they could do what I need.
