New Restaurant in Pahoa - The Golden Goat

I like goat myself, but some people will think that's the main menu item.

I felt extremely misled when I finally went to Tako Taco in Waimea and found that they did not, in fact, have tako tacos.

We finally had enough patience to endure no parking, no seating, dodging the rain, and we tried it out. Here are the pics of the menu and daily specials:

The prices were good. I had the BI Grass-fed beef tacos and the wife had the BBQ pork slider. The food is good, but not great enough that we'll forget how wet we got running to the car after getting the food because there was no place to park nearby or anywhere to sit and eat. Will definitely go back when we're in Pahoa and the weather is cooperating. I think next time if there is nowhere to sit we'll eat in the car rather than driving home, I think the food would have been better if it was warm.
