I don't see much "rebuilding" but we did get a lovely new shopping center with space that leases for $3/foot/NNN.

Just what Puna needs.

Yeah...how about that boat ramp, an alternate route to Hilo and in and around lower Puna in general, and oh, yeah, actually arresting, holding, prosecuting, and incarcerating criminals?

It'd almost be like...real life! Imagine!

The old part of Pahoa has everything Puna needs, The Pahoa Market Place has most of the rest of what Puna needs.

Puna Kai has everything else I need.

The prices at Malama Market are really pretty good when I factor in the gas cost to go to Hilo.

Why don't you try to build a Walmart ?
