I have utility sheds for sale. A container just came in too so I am fully stocked. One important note.... so far I have avoided Trump's tariffs and my prices are unchanged from the last four years.

I know one of your selling points is you don't have to permit your sheds, but has anyone taken one of your buildings through the permitting process yet? Seems like the 400 or 600 would make an affordable home, with a bathroom/kitchen wetwall and some shielded electric added. Certainly cheaper than any kit home on the market, and not termite food.

Not yet. The buildings would meet code but I don't do foundations which would need design and can vary due to site conditions.

Rob, can you recommend anybody to install one of them or any idea what it might cost? A turnkey solution would be incredible. I understand that every site is different but even ballpark would be very useful.
