Can we give birth to the singularity before we devolve? Perhaps this is one of the great filters of interstellar life. Is it ethical to fight off this wave of stupidity, by any means? Is it ethical to do nothing?

No need to worry, this guy has a solution for stopping hurricanes in their track. Given we have the navy based at Pearl Harbor and the air force at Hickham, this should be a no-brainer for storms that threaten Hawaii.
