aloha punatics,
since i'm in the early stages of building, i'm sure many of your already going through the process can give some good information into a good thread on saving costs for both labor and materials.
Please chime in with any money saving ideas that you have had from the design, material purchases to the buldozing, land prep, catchement/waste, utilities and labor aspects.
Also, what didn't work in your project from the savings projection due to bad quality, time delays, no shows, etc.
