Hey that sounds like my mechanic in HA!! He'd better not get closed down!!
I think one possible scenario when the PCDP is implemented is to have a small project exemption. Much like a sma assessment exempts projects under a certain dollar value that are for single family residences.
and once again thank you to all who worked on it. As for the notice it was an on-going project the last two years - every meeting there was was posted at 4 corners for everyone who turned left or right on 137 from 132 to see so us on Red Road knew about it and I expect if we got posters - many other places did too!
