NO, John Dirgo is not associated with Ron and Mark.
Ron and Mark manage over 30 properties and have been doing it well for years. They are established and have a great rep here on the Big Island. They are also sell real estate and are very successful at that also.
I would go with them since they have a track record and the website with many return customers. Ron and Mark also put their properties on VBRO for you. Again, I would either do it yourself, or go with the pros (Mark and Ron).

John Dirgo's company stay@hawaii-holiday.com has a pretty proven track record as the company he and David bought had been in business a long time, and my neighbor is one of the res agents before and after. The ones hawaii-holiday.com handle tend to be the more top of the line, everything is perfect type. And you pay top dollar for that but they are always on top of any issue.
Mark and Ron also do a great job, too. Some of theirs are a little older though but they have a broad range from high end to budget.

I have actually tried to talk the owner into going with Hawaii-Holiday even though I would lose income, but there are some perceived tax implications she says if she isnt doing at least something (like processing payments). I dont know if thats true but J&D seem to have a pretty good thing worked out for owners. Pretty stress free.
